Fees:

The conference fees include:

a three day experience of workshops, presentations, the contest, and further interaction formats.

the publication of the accepted extended abstracts in the online and printed book of abstracts (ISSN 2227-7803); the printed book is available for sale at the conference meetings and printed on demand afterwards.

refreshments during the coffee breaks and a social dinner if not indicated otherwise.

an invitation to publish a full paper in the peer-reviewed open-access journal “Systema: Connecting matter, life, culture and technology” without paying any author processing fee after the conference meetings.

EUR 350,- regular

EUR 280,- special rate for members of the organizer and co-organizers (as listed on the website)

EUR 120,- for students, retired persons, persons with disabilities, citizens of newly independent countries and less developed countries

Day tickets are available at the registration desk at the conference venue for the price of
EUR 120,- per day!
