A brief introduction will be given by the chair, followed by 5 min initial contributions by the invited participants. Then the floor will be open to the general public to discuss opinions and try to reach a consensus.
The intention is to write a follow-up paper with “Open Questions in Cybernetics”, including the highlights of the session, and submit it to a renowned journal.
